Student Work

Geology Movies

Sixth Grade students at Agnes Risley School designed iMovies to explain the geology topics they were studying.

The students hope they will help anyone better understand these topics. The movies are 2 to 3 minutes long each.

You will need the free "Quicktime Player" to view the movies. If you do not already have Quicktime for Windows or Mac download it at: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/

*Here are some award winning examples of Web pages written by fourth, fifth and sixth grade students using "Filamentality" software available on the Internet for free (there is a link to "Filamentality" on the bottom of each page). Many of the animals are found in the Great Basin.
This page is called
"animalark.net Treasure Hunt Page".
